The concept design for this 184-bed Class B hotel, on a promontory just off the Sounion coastal road, included bungalows, swimming pools and various recreational facilities. As the promontory juts out at almost right angles to the coast and the coastal road, the principal elevation of the hotel would become strikingly visible from across the water.

The total building area was 4490m2

The sea and rock setting of the hotel called for elevations with a simple geometric design that would not compete with the natural foreground and background. Thus a repetitive rectangular grid was used on the upper two of the three floors.

Colour is in the form of bright yellow blinds screening the verandahs of each hotel room.
