Half-hidden behind the large plane trees of the Pyrna ravine, this almost self-effacing four-storey block of apartments was designed to meet the owner's request for a site layout that would be introspective. Thus, the garden and small pool are at the rear, as far away as feasible from passers-by along the street pavements.

The visual impact on buildings of deciduous trees, such as the plane trees in front of this apartment block, varies dramatically depending on the seasons. In this case too, this variety becomes an aesthetic added plus.

The building has been split into smaller volumes in order to scale down its visual impact on the tree-studded suburban environment of Kifisia. For the same reason, colours on both concrete and plastered surfaces remain subdued. The horizontal lines of the parapets highlight the particularly wide independent verandahs of each apartment.
